What if the first contact already happened?

The first contact did not happen in the sky.

It happened underwater.

Arboreal Telegraph is an experimental compilation curated by the label Camembert Électrique, inspired by the drumming of woodpeckers and by the idea that the forest is, above all, a rhythmic communication system.

There is no studio. No neatly aligned mats. No calm voice guiding the breath.

We’re proud to announce the release of TABLA ON TABLA, a compilation dedicated to the tabla, the emblematic percussion instrument of Indian classical music, approached here as raw sonic material and a field for contemporary experimentation.

At Camembert Électrique, we love exploring the paths off the beaten track.
