Camembert Électrique is an independent label dedicated to experimental music and hybrid sonic forms.
It was founded in 1991 under the name No Records, originally releasing punk, hardcore, and extreme music. Over the years, its path gradually shifted toward experimental sound. In 2002, No Records became Camembert Électrique, named in homage to the psychedelic album by the band Gong from the 1970s.
Today, based in Pleuville (France), the label operates as a curatorial platform for compilations, artist albums, and conceptual projects, exploring fragmented and open sonic territories.
Functioning independently and on a non-profit basis, Camembert Électrique reinvests donations to support the space, time, and tools that allow it to continue evolving freely across a wide spectrum of sonic practices.

Il est né en 1991 sous le nom de No Records, éditant alors du punk, du hardcore et des musiques extrêmes. Au fil des années, ses chemins se sont progressivement tournés vers l’expérimental. En 2002, No Records devient Camembert Électrique, en hommage à l’album psychédélique du groupe Gong des années 70.
