Boarding now for Deimos, the year 2325.
With Pyramids Of Phobos presents - DJ Hydrophone - Live at The Wormhole Lab - Terra Tek Zone - Deimos 2325, Simon Bowler opens the gates to the singular universe of Pyramids Of Phobos. Over an hour of mixing awaits, taking us deep into the many dimensions of this unconventional electronic project.
Blending psychedelic ambient, cosmic textures, hypnotic pulses and electronic experimentation, DJ Hydrophone weaves and transforms sounds throughout an extended interplanetary drift. Atmospheres unfold, rhythms emerge and disappear, and frequencies seem to arrive from a territory yet to be explored.
Rooted in the spirit of electronic ambient and IDM, with echoes of the adventurous sound explorations of the 1990s, Pyramids Of Phobos develops a personal vision in which the boundaries between music, space and imagination begin to dissolve.
Welcome to the Wormhole Lab, in the Terra Tek Zone, on Deimos. The year is 2325. The transmission is underway. Follow the frequencies and embark on a sonic journey into the unknown.
An album for those drawn to extended electronic journeys, strange sonic landscapes and music that opens doors to other worlds.
