Yann Pillas

Yann Pillas is a French experimental musician and sound artist whose journey through the underground scene began in the 1990s. Moving between noise, ambient, musique concrète and electronic experimentation, he has developed a distinctive approach to sound through field recordings, sonic collages, drones and unconventional textures.

Working under several aliases, including RUNE and E13, and through collaborations such as R+D, his music explores the boundaries between acoustic sounds, electronic processes and abstract soundscapes. Based in Pleuville, France, he also runs Camembert Électrique, an independent label dedicated to experimental and unconventional music.
