Avec cette nouvelle production, Negredo poursuit son exploration singulière du son comme matière brute et instable. Noise, électronique fracturée, distorsions, textures abstraites et fréquences manipulées se confrontent et évoluent tout au long de l’album, créant un environnement sonore dense et imprévisible.
Plutôt que de suivre des structures musicales conventionnelles, NyQuil Severe fonctionne par tension, répétition, rupture et transformation. Les sons surgissent de l’ombre, se métamorphosent, se superposent puis disparaissent, laissant derrière eux un paysage en perpétuelle mutation, à la fois physique et désorientant.
