In 1977, the Voyager 1 and 2 probes left Earth carrying the Golden Record, a sound and visual message intended for potential extraterrestrial life. Nearly fifty years later, Camembert Électrique envisions the launch of a new probe: Voyager 13. This experimental compilation brings together 58 international artists who took on the challenge of creating a sonic message for an extraterrestrial intelligence. It is not about imitating the Golden Record, but about offering a fragment of our time, your universe, and your perception of the world. Each track invites listeners on a journey through space, time, and sound: from dark ambient to soaring drones, field recordings, and the most radical sound experiments.
